Meet Our Founder

My name is Donye Haywood and I’m the CEO of two businesses: We As Women United and Black XChange Directory. I'm also the co-owner of Family Tiez Designz with my Husband and son.I was born in Florida and now residing in Georgia for the past 19 years.My goals are to connect, network and lead as many likeminded people to the success we deserve, break generational curses and leave a legacy for our children.I'm also on the board as AVP of 2 nonprofit organizations.I have a Heart & Love for supporting/networking with others.

Courtnei Garrett is a  credit specialist, business consultant, financial advisor, and funding expert with over four years of experience. She is Dedicated to empowering individuals and entrepreneurs, Courtnei also  specializes in helping clients leverage their credit to unlock financial opportunities and achieve a better lifestyle. With a passion for strategic growth and financial literacy, Courtnei provides expert guidance on credit optimization, business funding, and wealth-building strategies to create long-term success.
